This well-earned recognition reflects Ana’s exceptional legal skill, leadership, and unwavering commitment to serving families throughout Louisiana.

Ana is a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction achieved by only a small percentage of attorneys statewide. This credential underscores her advanced knowledge, experience, and dedication to excellence in the practice of family law.

Ana earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University in 2012 and her Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2016, establishing a strong academic foundation that informs her clear communication, strategic thinking, and thoughtful advocacy.

She began her legal career at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, where, from May 2017 through June 2020, she devoted her practice to representing victims of domestic violence. During this time, Ana handled cases from intake through final resolution, including protective orders, emergency custody, divorce, custody disputes, child support, and spousal support matters. Her work during this period reflects both her legal acumen and her deep compassion for clients facing some of life’s most difficult challenges.

In June 2020, Ana entered private practice, founding Lopez Law Firm, where she continued to advocate fiercely for families across the region. She joined Oriol Law Firm in April 2022, quickly becoming a vital leader within the firm’s family law practice. She earned her certification as a Family Law Specialist in 2023. Since joining the firm, Ana has played an integral role in guiding clients through complex, high-stakes family law matters with clarity, empathy, and resolve.

As an Equity Partner, Ana’s leadership will continue to shape the direction and success of Oriol Law Firm.
